Have you ever thought about spending the Christmas holiday at Walt Disney World in Orlando? Well, I did just that a couple of years ago. I can honestly say, it was my best Christmas holiday ever!!! There truly is something magical about the Mouse at Christmas.

We enjoyed the Candlelight Processional at Epcot after having a fantastic dinner in “Italy” with all the festive Italian trimmings. Just to walk around the different countries to see how the holidays are spent in England, Germany, China, Mexico and so many others was a treat. To hear the Christmas story told by each countries “Santa” or Father Christmas is something you’ll never forget – nor will your children!

One of the best times was walking the back lots of MGM studios (or Hollywood Studios as it’s now known) to see one million lights, hear carols and see snow at the Osborne Christmas Spectacular. It makes you feel like a kid again.

Unfortunately time doesn’t permit me to go on and on. But I can tell you that next year I’m booked for a Christmas Disney cruise aboard the new Disney Dream. I can’t even imagine how wonderful that will be!!
